The EPICENTER (Harford County Community Center)
A nonprofit community hub serving Harford County with programs to empower individuals, strengthen families, and build community. Services include case management, support groups, youth and family programming, and resource referrals.

SARC Maryland (Sexual Assault / Spouse Abuse Resource Center)
SARC provides confidential support, advocacy, crisis intervention, safe shelters, legal assistance, and counseling for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Harford County.

Mason-Dixon Community Services
Provides emergency services, case management, and poverty-alleviation support, including food assistance, utility help, eviction prevention, and referrals. They also offer coaching and life-skills support to help individuals and families move toward greater stability.

Offers essential services to low-income individuals and families in Harford County, including food assistance, energy and housing support, financial literacy programs, and community advocacy. A county coalition focused on improving the health and wellness of Harford County through education, policy, and community support. They offer information on mental health and addiction services, nutrition and fitness programs, and other community health initiatives.

Helps connect youth and families to behavioral and mental health services. A trained navigator works with families to assess needs and coordinate access to resources.

Addiction and Recovery Support Resources

The Milestone Center currently does not offer addiction and recovery support. If you or someone you care about is struggling with substance use, you are not alone and help is available. The following organizations provide addiction treatment, counseling, and recovery services in Harford County and surrounding areas:
Harford County Health Department – Division of Behavioral Health
Provides outpatient substance use treatment, detox services, counseling, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) including buprenorphine and naltrexone. Offers dual-diagnosis and relapse prevention programs.

A nationally recognized, CARF-accredited center offering residential and outpatient addiction treatment. Services include detox, holistic therapies, family programs, and alumni support.
