The trust and support we've received from our community has allowed our practice to continue growing, and we're actively expanding our ability to serve patients and families in Maryland.

We are a growing, clinician-owned mental health practice based in Harford County. We built Milestone around a simple idea: providers should have the freedom to provide personalized care, patients should have enough time to feel known and understood, and independent practice should not have to mean practicing alone.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for providers who want greater autonomy over how they practice while still having the infrastructure, professional relationships, and support of an established local practice.

We help with the parts that are hardest to build alone, including insurance relationships, credentialing, billing, administrative support, technology, marketing, referrals, and furnished office space.
